An independent consultancy for organisations navigating change
Independent advice. Specialist expertise. Practical delivery. Blueridge is built around three specialist practices — People & Place, Management & Strategy, and Geology & Ecology.
We start with the problem, not the structure of the consultancy.
Blueridge is an independent consultancy built around practical expertise. We work across three disciplines — People & Place, Management & Strategy, and Geology & Ecology.
The work is different. The approach is the same: understand the problem properly, give clients clear advice and deliver work that stands up in practice.
Some projects need one discipline. Others need several. We work around the problem, not the structure of the consultancy.
What makes us credible
Independent
No corporate hierarchy or product agenda. Advice is shaped around the organisation and the problem.
Specialist
Three disciplines, supported by experienced people and specialist expertise where required.
Practical
We don’t stop at recommendations. Where appropriate, we help implement them.
Outcome-focused
The measure of good advice is what changes afterwards.
Blueridge is independent by design.
We are not tied to a particular technology platform, delivery methodology or corporate model. That means we can start with the problem, bring in the expertise it requires and recommend the approach that makes the most sense.
Sometimes that means strategy. Sometimes it means technology. Sometimes it means specialist environmental or geological expertise.
Often, it means a combination.

Meet the Founders
Morgan co-founded Blueridge Group after building experience across environmental consulting, operational leadership and complex project delivery in both the UK and United States.
Having worked with organisations navigating regulatory requirements, stakeholder management and long-term planning challenges, she developed a strong interest in helping businesses create practical systems that improve visibility, accountability and performance.
Today, Morgan focuses on business development, client relationships and shaping the long-term direction of Blueridge Group.
Jake co-founded Blueridge Group with a background in operations management, compliance and technology.
Having managed multi-site operations and supported large public sector partnerships, he saw first-hand how fragmented systems and manual processes create unnecessary risk and inefficiency.
Much of the thinking behind Pulse came from these experiences, leading Jake to focus on building practical technology that helps organisations gain greater control over operations, compliance and reporting.
